              Sterile sampling valves are primarily used for material sample collection in tank equipment or piping and require sterilization prior to and after each sampling. No dead ends, complete sterilization, continuous sampling and sterile sampling at any time.             working principle

            This aseptic sampling valve is mainly divided into handle, valve body, bracket, valve core, spring, diaphragm seal ring. When in the closed state, the valve core is pushed by the spring tension, and the sealing rubber head is pressed by the valve core to the inlet of the valve body material to achieve the sealing effect; if sampling is required, one of the sampling ports (usually the lower one) is passed through. Into the steam or other sterilizing medium, fill the entire sample chamber and export it from another sampling port. After a certain period of time, the sample chamber and the sampling port are sterilized; then, by lifting the handle, shrinking the spring, and pulling the valve core The sealing rubber head is detached from the inlet of the valve body material, so that the sample flows out of the tank through the sample chamber and is collected from the sampling port; after the sampling is completed, the handle is released, the spring is released, and the sealing rubber head is pressed again through the valve core. At the inlet of the valve body material; pass the clean water to discharge the residual liquid in the sample chamber (if the sample is a clean medium such as sterile water, this step can be omitted), then inject the sterilization medium to seal and retain, wait for the next time sampling.
