working principle

This safety valve is a self-controlled valve that relies on medium pressure, and is equipped with manual and pneumatic opening functions to achieve CIP online cleaning. The specific pressure is set by adjusting the adjusting cover compression spring and the lock nut. The calibration pressure is the maximum safe pressure value set to avoid damage to the pipeline equipment. When the pipeline pressure is greater than the safety valve calibration pressure, the valve seat automatically springs. As a result, the pressure in the piping system is released to protect the piping and equipment.
